Mondial Coaching is led by Fiona Ewins Brown, a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach with over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources and leadership development.
Having worked across a wide range of industries and company cultures in Australia, the UK, Malta, and with globally distributed teams, Fiona brings a deeply human, practical, and cross-cultural approach to coaching.For the past 20 years, she has held senior HR leadership roles, partnering closely with managers, senior leaders, and executives to guide personal growth, navigate complexity, and develop authentic leadership.
Fiona also serves as an advisory board member for two companies, offering strategic people insight at the highest level.At the heart of her approach is a simple truth: people thrive when they are supported to lead with their strengths.
